This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Turkish version prevails.

This form contains the information you need before confirming your order, as required by Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Articles 5 and 6 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. It is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

Right of withdrawal: For ready-to-ship products, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. There is no right of withdrawal for made-to-order products.

3. Main characteristics of the products

The name, quantity, material, dimensions, colour and finish of the products in your order are shown in the order summary above and on the product page. Whether each product is “ready to ship” or “made to order” is also shown in the order summary.

The works are handmade. Differences in texture, hammer marks, patina and tone that vary from piece to piece by the nature of handcraft, as described on the product page, are part of the product’s character. Small differences in perceived colour may occur because of screen settings.

4. Price and additional costs

  • Prices include any applicable taxes.

  • The shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary.

  • No other charge is made. Fees your own bank charges for the transfer are not included in this amount and are not collected by the Seller.

  • Ordering online costs you nothing beyond your usual communication charges.

  • The Seller does not ask for any deposit or financial guarantee.

5. Payment

  • The only payment method accepted on the website is bank transfer (havale/EFT). Card details are not collected on the website.

  • You need to pay to the Seller’s bank account (IBAN) shown in the order summary and order confirmation email, writing the order code ({{order.code}}) in the payment description.

  • Your order is reserved for you until {{order.paymentDueAt}}. If the total has not reached our account by then, the order is cancelled automatically and the products are released for sale; you are not charged any fee or penalty.

  • Your payment is confirmed manually by checking the bank account, and you are emailed once it is confirmed. After paying, you can report the payment from your order page and, if you wish, upload the bank receipt.

  • If you prefer to pay by card, you can buy the same products from the Seller’s Shopier store. Shopier is a separate platform; transactions there are governed by Shopier’s terms and the documents accepted on that platform.

6. Delivery

  • Shipping restriction: Orders placed through the website checkout are delivered only to addresses in Türkiye. Shipping abroad, in particular to Gulf countries, is available only on request under a separate quote; unless agreed otherwise, customs duties and charges are paid by the buyer.

  • Ready-to-ship products: Provided payment is made in time, delivered within the preparation time stated on the product page and in any case within 30 days of the order reaching the Seller.

  • Made-to-order products: Shipped at the end of the production time stated on the product page and in the order summary. The 30-day upper limit in the Regulation does not apply to these products; the Seller keeps to the production time it committed to.

  • Products are shipped with the Seller’s contracted cargo company; the company and tracking number are emailed to you when the product is shipped.

  • The Seller is responsible for loss and damage until the product is delivered to you.

  • If delivery is not made within the committed time, you may terminate the agreement; your payment is then refunded within 14 days with statutory interest.

7. Right of withdrawal

  • Period: 14 days from the day you receive the product. For products in one order delivered separately, the period starts on the day the last product is received. You may also withdraw before delivery.

  • Conditions: You do not need to give a reason or pay any penalty.

  • How: It is enough to send your withdrawal notice in writing or by email before the period ends. You can use the model withdrawal form on the Returns and Right of Withdrawal page or make any clear statement that includes your order code.

  • Returning the product: You must send the product back within 14 days of your notice.

  • Carrier designated for returns: The cargo company that delivered the product to you. After your notice, we email you a return shipment code and instructions. If you send the product with this company, you pay no return shipping. If this company has no branch where you are, the product is collected from you at no extra charge. If you choose another carrier yourself, that carrier’s fee is yours.

  • Refund: Within 14 days of the product being handed to the designated carrier, the full amount you paid, including the original shipping fee, is refunded. As you paid by bank transfer, the refund is made in one payment, at no cost to you, to a Turkish lira bank account (IBAN) in your name that you provide.

  • You are not responsible for changes caused by using the product in line with its operation and instructions for use.

9. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Under Article 15(1)(b) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for products prepared according to your wishes or personal needs. This covers products marked “Made to order” on the website that are not held in stock and are produced only for you according to the colour, size, finish or other features you chose. Your rights regarding defective goods remain for these products.

Products held in stock, including one-of-a-kind (unique) works, are covered by the right of withdrawal.

10. Defective products

If a product is defective, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 you may choose to withdraw from the contract, ask for a price reduction, ask for free repair or, where possible, ask for replacement with a defect-free equivalent. Return costs for defective products are paid by the Seller. Liability for defects is subject to a 2-year limitation period from delivery.

11. Digital content

This order contains no digital content, so information on the functionality and compatibility of digital content does not apply.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

  • In a dispute, you may apply, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the consumer transaction took place; applications can also be made through e-Devlet.

  • For disputes above those limits, under Article 73/A of Law No. 6502 you must try mediation before filing a lawsuit; if no agreement is reached, you may apply to the consumer court.

13. Language and storage of the agreement

The agreement is offered in Turkish and English; if the two texts differ, the Turkish text prevails. This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are stored with your order; a copy is emailed to you with the order confirmation and can always be viewed on your order page.

14. Confirmation

By confirming the order, you declare that you have read the information in this form, that you know the order creates an obligation to pay, and that you accept the Distance Sales Agreement electronically.
