Membership Agreement

This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Turkish version prevails.

This agreement is concluded between you (the “Member”) and Didem Parlakyiğit Görücü (“ByDipa”), which operates https://bydipa.com, when you create an account on the website. You do not need an account to order; you can also order as a guest.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the terms for creating and using a customer account. Membership is free. With your account you can view your orders and their status, save addresses and order faster next time.

Each order you place through your account is also governed by the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. The Terms of Use also apply when you use the website.

3. Creating an account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

  • You create your account with your email address and a password you choose. You may be asked to verify your email address.

  • The information you give when registering must be accurate, up to date and your own. You may not open an account in someone else’s name or with someone else’s email address.

  • Each person may open only one account. Your account is personal and may not be transferred to or used by anyone else.

4. Password and account security

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken through your account.

  • We recommend a hard-to-guess password that you do not use on other websites.

  • ByDipa will never ask for your password by email, phone or message.

  • If you forget your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to set a new one through the link sent to your email address.

  • If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, change your password immediately and tell us at didemnisaparlakyigit@gmail.com.

  • Your password is stored in an irreversibly hashed form; no one, including us, can see it.

5. Member’s obligations

As a Member, you:

  • use the website in line with the law, this agreement and the Terms of Use;

  • keep your account details, especially your email address and delivery addresses, up to date;

  • do not take actions that harm the website, other users or systems, try to bypass the website’s security or overload it with automated tools;

  • do not abuse the order and payment process (for example, repeatedly reserving products with no intention to pay).

6. ByDipa’s rights and obligations

  • ByDipa processes and protects the personal data related to your account in line with the Personal Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Policy.

  • ByDipa takes reasonable care to keep the website available; it may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates or technical faults.

  • If ByDipa finds use that clearly breaches this agreement or the law, registration with false information, or behaviour that endangers others’ rights or the website’s security, it may suspend or close the account after telling you why. Orders already placed and paid are then completed or refunded under the Distance Sales Agreement.

7. Closing your account

  • You can close your account at any time without giving a reason, from the “My details” section of your account page or by writing to didemnisaparlakyigit@gmail.com from your registered email address.

  • Once your account is closed, you can no longer sign in or see your order history and saved addresses in your account.

  • If you have an order in progress, it is completed under the Distance Sales Agreement even after the account is closed, and you will keep receiving email updates about it.

  • Account data that we are not legally required to keep is deleted within 6 months at the latest. Invoice and order records of your past orders are kept for the periods required by tax law and statutory limitation periods.

8. Term and termination

This agreement takes effect when you create your account and continues for an indefinite period until the account is closed. It ends when you close your account or ByDipa closes it under the conditions in Article 6.

9. Changes to this agreement

ByDipa may update this agreement because of changes in its services or the law. We will email important changes to your registered email address at least 15 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can close your account; continuing to use your account after the effective date means you accept the updated agreement. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

10. Notices

Notices between the parties are sent by email to the address registered in the Member’s account and to ByDipa at didemnisaparlakyigit@gmail.com.

11. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes in which you are a consumer, you may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade or, after applying to mediation as required by Article 73/A of Law No. 6502, to consumer courts.

12. Entry into force

By accepting this agreement on the account creation screen, you confirm that you have read and accept it. The current version is always available on this page.
