This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Turkish version prevails.

These terms govern the use of https://bydipa.com (ByDipa — Didem Parlakyiğit Art & Design Studio), operated by Didem Parlakyiğit Görücü. By visiting or using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Other documents

Orders placed on the website are governed by the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, and customer accounts by the Membership Agreement. Personal data processing is explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If any of those documents differs from these terms on its subject, that document applies.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for personal and lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

  • trying to bypass the website’s security, access systems without authorisation or enter other users’ accounts,

  • uploading malicious software or sending automated requests that overload the website,

  • collecting content, images or product information with automated tools (bots, scrapers and the like),

  • using the forms to send spam, advertising or misleading content,

  • placing orders with false information or acting on someone else’s behalf without permission,

  • any behaviour that disrupts the website or infringes the rights of others.

If use in breach of these rules is detected, access may be restricted and legal action may be taken.

4. Product information, images and prices

  • The works are handmade. Dimensions on product pages may vary slightly because of handcraft; key dimensions are stated on the product page.

  • Photos are taken to show the works as accurately as possible, but perceived colour may vary with screen settings and light. Interior photos show how a work might look in a space; the decoration and accessories in them are not part of the sale.

  • Prices are in Turkish lira and include any applicable taxes. The price shown on the product page at the time of order applies.

  • If an obvious price or product information error is noticed (for example, a price shown far too low because of a technical error), ByDipa will inform you without delay. You may then continue the order on the corrected terms or cancel it; if you cancel, the amount you paid is refunded in full within 14 days at the latest.

  • Stock is updated in real time. A one-of-a-kind work may be in several carts at the same time; it is reserved for the buyer whose order is confirmed first.

5. Intellectual property

  • The designs of the works shown on the website, photographs, videos, texts, the “ByDipa” name and logo and the design of the website are protected in the name of Didem Parlakyiğit Görücü, the designer of the works and owner of the ByDipa brand; third-party content is used under licence.

  • The designs of the works are protected by design registrations with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu) under Industrial Property Law No. 6769. The works are also protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.

  • Copying or reproducing the designs, making or having made imitations, selling them or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited. Civil and criminal action will be taken against infringements.

  • You may not use the website’s images or texts on other websites, marketplaces, ads or commercial materials without written permission.

  • You may share a work on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes if you do not alter the image and you credit “ByDipa”.

  • You may use, display and resell a work you have bought; buying it does not transfer the design rights to you.

6. Payment and Shopier

The website accepts payment by bank transfer (havale/EFT) only. Our brand’s Shopier store is a separate platform; purchases and card payments made on Shopier are governed by Shopier’s own terms and privacy policy.

7. Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites such as Shopier and Instagram. ByDipa is not responsible for their content or practices; we recommend reading their own terms.

8. Liability

  • ByDipa takes reasonable care to keep the website accurate and up to date. There may be temporary interruptions because of maintenance, updates, technical faults or causes beyond its control.

  • To the extent permitted by law, ByDipa is not liable for indirect losses arising from the website being unavailable or from interruptions in access.

  • This limitation in no way limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights under consumer law (including rights regarding defective goods, withdrawal and delivery).

  • You are responsible for losses suffered by ByDipa or third parties because you used the website in breach of these terms.

9. Changes

ByDipa may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its effective date. Changes apply to use after the effective date; orders already placed are governed by the documents accepted at the time of order.

10. Governing law and competent authorities

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

  • For disputes in which you are a consumer, your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain: within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the transaction took place, and for disputes above those limits, after applying to mediation, to the consumer court where you live or where the transaction took place.

  • For disputes with users who are not consumers (for example businesses buying for commercial or professional purposes), the courts and enforcement offices of Afyonkarahisar have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
